PERRY KURASH
An experienced property financier who has worked at senior levels of major companies, Perry brings over 35 years’ finance experience to BLG’s New Business team. Perry began his career in 1979 with HSBC where he spent 7 years gaining general banking experience through various clerical positions. In 1986 he left to join Dunbar Bank, where he remained for 9 years. Perry jointly ran the Senior Residential Lending Division with 16 staff and gained experience as a lender for both senior and mezzanine financing.
Perry went on to hold senior positions at Unite Group Plc, Topland Group (property companies) and D2D Group Limited (intermediaries) before setting up RECAP Structured Finance Ltd. Perry brings a unique approach to the sector having held senior positions as a Lender, a Principal in both development and investment property companies, has run his own Property Finance Group and continues to work within a Complimentary Private Equity Group targeting investments into residential developments and therefore is able to bring huge experience from all sides of our industry.
