An experienced business leader with proven success in formulating and executing business strategies. Peter worked for Bayview Finance Limited as CEO-Europe until November 2009, during this time he developed Bayview’s lending business in Germany, Spain and UK. Bayview was a global specialist in small-balance commercial lending with over US$3Bn of production in 2007.
Previously, Peter spent 17 years with GE Money in a wide range of senior management positions around the world; President and CEO for GE Money Bank Spain, CEO Southern Europe for GE Money and Quality Leader at Asia GE Capital. Peter set up for GE Money successful non-conforming mortgage businesses in Spain, Italy and Portugal and established a JV distribution growth strategy for GE Money bank Spain. JVs were signed with Banco, Sabadell, Caja Mediterraneo and BBK; GE Money bank’s profits increased from single digits to an excess of US$50m for this period. Peter has an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Cranfield University and a BSc in Civil Engineering from Leeds Metropolitan University.
